Misery Chapter 45I sighed and shook my head, trying to recollect what happened that night Augustus had told me my family had died. Yes, I suppose it was true that I had jumped out the window before Augustus could explain any further. Not that I believed Augustus would have told me about Pericles anyway.  
 I shook my head, "That doesn't matter. The point is, you have not been telling me everything. I have no idea of your intentions or plans nor how you are involved with this Pericles."   "That information is not relevant," Augustus snapped.

Misery Chapter 44A clock in the distance struck midnight. I counted down the bells as I watched Claudia. She had finally fallen asleep. I thought about sleeping, but I wasn't tired in the least nor was I hungry. Perhaps I no longer needed to eat and sleep anymore. I didn't really know, nor care; sustenance was the least of my worries at the moment. The last 24 hours had resulted in many answers, yet just as many questions. I wanted as many answers as possible, in order to formulate my next move. My goal was simple, revenge. First towards the janajorn Maduuk and then the vampire Pericles, but following through these plans was the hard part. And in order to fol Misery Chapter 44

Misery Chapter 43A silver pocket watch cradled in purple silk ticked silently to itself. The vampire Augustus Lequire grabbed the watch with his cold, pale hand and held it to his chest. The vibrations in the clock felt like the long-lost beat of a heart that could never be felt again. Augustus cursed at the sun, which could not fall fast enough. Trapped in the coffin he had nothing to do but count the time, or else think. Think of the past. Think of everything he had planned. Think of how everything had gone wrong. Think of what he had lost. Think of revenge…   The long tine moved to the number twelve.

Misery Chapter 42The rest of the day was spent soothing Claudia. She clung to me like a small puppy, never letting me out of her sight. I couldn't help myself, and ended up telling Claudia my whole ordeal, my dead family, the angel Uriel, and my run in with the werewolf Fritz. She hung on to every sentence and every word. The only part I kept out of my story was my third-eye, Cheena. It was ridiculous of me to hide her, especially to Claudia, but I just couldn't force myself to show Cheena to her. In time I'd show Cheena to Claudia, and probably Augustus, but for now she lay dormant in my pocket. Perhaps sleeping, or dreaming, whatever it is that third-eyes d Misery Chapter 42

Sorry I haven't been updating much. I've kept with Misery but the only drawing I've been doing is on my college notes >.> Oops... So I'll try and draw SOMETHING...When I get the chance. But I think I'll have to draw a thank you pic.

Updates: Not much, I've been very busy with college, clubs and work. In fact its been more of a nightmare... But I'm sure no one wants to hear me bitch about it. Oh, and Happy Friday the 13th! And To Write Love on Her Arms Day.
